Any attack that hits the target dispells the status, including attacks that do no damage such as Estelle's, Joshua's or Zane's Taunt skill. In addition to protecting the target from damage, Immunity also shields the target from status changes if the attack that hit had a chance to inflict a bad status.

AT Delay advances the duration between the target's turns, acting in a way similar to SPD effects, however will only advance the next turn of the target and not further turns unless the effect is used again. The effect cannot be prevented by any party members, however through the use of AT Advance from Scherazard's Heaven's Kiss, the delay can be restored. The effect can be inflicted by use of Crafts.
K.O[]
Knocked Out is a status condition that occurs when a target is reduced to zero HP, the condition effects both characters and enemies, however enemies are additionally removed from battle whereas party members remain. Knocked Out is only avoidable by keeping positive HP on allies and is unpreventable unlike Deathblow, an instant kill. A party member under the effect may only return to battle after the status is cured (for example, by use of Arts or Items), using Items to restore HP will have no effect on the party member.
When all party members have HP reduced to zero, the story results in a Game Over and the player is required to start a new campaign or continue from a previous save file to continue.
Any NPCs that are present during the battle that are knocked out, either by losing all their HP or getting hit by a Deathblow attack, will cause an instant Game Over regardless of any playable characters that are still standing.
